Embrilliance users, Please help me...

I cannot find a place on the home page to register my new serial number. Do you have any idea where it is? I have contacted them and to tell you the truth, I think they are not helpful. The response to my question was, "If you had purchased it through our website we would automatically have it." That's it, no direction on the website.

Click on the Help at the top of the page, then serial numbers and then type in your new serial number then click set. Close the program and re open for the update to take place. Hope I have explained this well enough. Hugs
