There are so many out there that you can try. Big ones, small ones: basically any size that you want to do. I've made them out on t-shirts, sweaters, flannel and cotton shirts. The sky is the limit. You are so talented that I know whatever you do will be awesome!

Look for Reading Pillow groups on Facebook. My favorite for memory pillows is "Reading Pillows- Inspirational, Educational and Just Plain Silly". Dee has made some amazing pillows.

The most common is “This is a shirt I used to wear, whenever you hold it I’ll be there. Love, <mom, grandma..>"

variations on that phrase:
some say whenever you hug it

some say whenever you hold it know that I’ll be there.

Carolyn, I make lots of different memory quilts, bears, pillows etc....what exactly are you trying to make? Are they t shirts or button up shirts? Let me know if I can offer you some hints or suggestions. Tonya aka stork

button up shirts are great for making pillows and so easy.

The simplest text I remember is: "When this you see, remember me." You could then add a name (Don) or title (Grandpa) and possibly designs.
