Amazon has a Varmax mini sewing with an extended table, has anyone ever sewn on one, I would like to buy some kind of sewing machine for girl my daughter takes care of she ADS. but wants to learn to sew.

Looks more like a toy to me. I don't know what ADS is but if it has anything to do with Attention Deficit I would think this machine would be very frustrating to use.
Maybe a proper machine ( used in good order) would be better. The last thing you want to do is make her think sewing is not fun and a machine that gives you trouble is no fun.
Even us oldies who have been sewing forever get frustrated when the machine misbehaves.

Not very good ratings...it may be too lightweight. Not sure how much you are looking to pay, pricing seem to vary greatly even on Amazon.

I went in and read the questions on this machine and I think it answers a lot of my questions. It does not zig zag nor backstitch. You cannot turn the wheel backwards. Just be aware.
