Good morning Cuties, I would like to know how much would one really be willing to pay for a set like this? I told my daughter I would donate it to her fundraiser. She said they may do a 'silent' auction a little later and we need a base price.

I too live in the south in an area that is lower income and I had a hard time selling things for what others in different areas sell for. So I would say start it at $50 and hope some will bid the price up. That is if you feel ok with that price. Hugs. Nan W

Wonderful set! I would estimate around 75.00. As stated, unfortunately, at these types of events people want them for a song and dance. I know I have sent items for such events and they never bring what we think they should. I have been told that you donate the item but you have no control over how much it will bring. So true. Beautiful set Toogie. I would not know what price to set it at. Sorry can't help there. Must be worth lots more than you will get. Lots of work plus the cost of fabrics etc. Hugs

I don't know, Toog, but I think at least 60 + 15 + 10. Can't tell how big the big bag is.

The Mondo big bag is 11 inches square at the bottom, 10 to 101/2 in to the V's and 15 to the handles. The handles finish at 27 1/2 inches long.

Oh wow, Toogie - I am not a great one for pricing things - but, I have to say this set is perfect - I just love it and anyone would. I do understand about location and price. Don't put too low a base price on it though - it is so wonderful! Hope lots of money is raised!! Hugs, Laura

Lovely set! They used to say triple the cost of your materials as a starting point. Unfortunately, often at these events people want lots for little$$$. With your travel groups I'd guess you could sell it outright for a pretty good price-- wuld that be allowed?
