I have purchased several designs from Cute Embroidery and for several months I have been trying to find out how to download them to use. I have received no response of any kind. I am trying again,

We have replied and tried to help. If you purchased designs individually, they will be in your download center. If you purchased the 6 month subscription then they will not be in your download center.
Add your purchased designs numbers here in this post.
Also, make sure you are using the same user name and login as the user name that made the purchases.
