Type "Muslim Embroidery Designs" in Google and you will find many designs that could be appropriate. Did not find anything free but some of the prices are very reasonable.

9006I wouldn't think it needed to be a specifically Islamic design. Girls are girls, you would just need to be careful that it wasn't anything that might be considered offensive. I would think books would be acceptable. Hope you get some good suggestions and it all comes together for you.
