I am redoing a quilt I made some time ago, But was never happy with how I did my corners so I plan to replace 8 corner blocks and one in the middle that the fabric faded on the muslin even though I used the color grabers. I have now finished 3 blocks I believe I could have made a complete quilt top in the time it took to do these, it was that much work, but I will be happy when it is finished.

I know going back and redoing is not easy. Like you I like to be satisfied and pleased with what I do. I admire you for deciding to rip out and redo what you are not pleased with. I know it is not easy.

I know it's tedious and time consuming, but oh the finished product will be so worth the time and effort. Just 1 more and the corners will be 1/2 way there. Rah rah, Jenne

Good on you Jenne. I do the same thing if I'm not happy with something and that way you know it's going to last longer. Please show us when it is finished. Love Chris

Restoring something is always more work intensive. I feel for you. However I am sure you will be much happier with your quilt once all is done.
