Looking for suggestions to purchase zippers...I have bought at Wawak but want to make sure they are the best buy...Thanks, Cuties...

I think I should have waited a day or two to get your response. I got my order and yes I am pleased that I now have zippers and I think the assortment I purchased will be useful, but next time I will probably want to pick and choose the colors like you have. What colors did you get? I also will need to get the longer zips.

I bought lots of black and white, gray, tan, natural as they will blend with lots of fabrics....also some brights of pink, purple, green, yellow, orange, purple, etc. Since I could pick my own colors and number for each, I got quite a selection that I know I can use.

I recently bought a package of 40 zippers of 20 different colors 9 inch total length, 8 inch zipper length from Amazon sold by Chenkou LLC at a cost of $5.99. I am sure they were shipped directly from China, received them about 2 weeks after they were ordered. I have used a couple without any problems.

Thank you...I have purchased an assortment of colors before, but this time I wanted to pick my own colors...I still have too many of the assorted pack that I haven't been able to use yet...

I have bought from Wawak, but have priced them elsewhere, and I found that Wawak was consistently the best price and quality.

Thanks, Darlene...I did finally place my order with Wawak...they were the best price even for smaller quantities and I did not want another assortment of colors, I wanted to pick my own...

I guess size depends on the hoop size, but for example a 5 x 7?

For most 5x7 hoop projects the 9" zippers work well....but for the little difference in cost, I find that buying 12" or 14" allow more flexibility in using larger hoops and not "stocking" several zipper lengths...

I also bought mine from Zipit/Etsy. Loved all the color variations

Depends on the colors your are needing... for basic colors Wawak tends to be the best price. For picking colors I like ZipIt on Etsy although there are some good prices on Amazon too.
