Has anybody bought designs from Hutt Machine Embroidery Designs? in New Zealand.

I did and I have tried to contact them about a design that states it comes in 2 sizes but download only has one in the file.
I have sent a message twice on the contact us form but no reply.
Just wondering if this is normal for this site. They say on the site give them time because of time differences but the order was on the 8th.
