I downloaded design 2217943 a few days ago and tried to load it today but it only showed the outline stick. How do I get the design fill stick?

The design is a FSL (free standing lace) design. The color is white and so it is hard to see on a screen. The lace is done 4 times and then stitched together to create the lace doily
