Great job on the pouches. Great way to keep things together.
Thank you for sharing Happy Stitching =)
Love your voice of experience, "ask me how I know." This is what I call earned knowledge. I've earned a lot of knowledge in machine embroidery. The bags turned out really nice and some lucky someone will be sooo happy.
Thanx Toogie, I D/L many of their free patterns and love everyone I have sewn out!!! I just never think of sharing pictures!!! You do great & beautiful work!!! Hugs, Judy...
Aw Judy, thank you , you're too kind. I like finding new patterns to try, at least once. If I like it, then I do more, like these-lol
What a fantastic project! I appreciate your instructions too. It helps me figure things out.
I'm happy then to know it was useful to you. My notes are just how I did things but nothing is wrong with the info in the pattern. I just did it my way.
One reason I cut my clear vinyl 12 inches, I just had to lie my zipper on top and sew down each side of the zip, not worrying if I had each plastic edge even, since it was all one piece.
Great job. A perfect bus or almost any reason gift. Thanks for the link and your notes. Learning from the experience of others is always appreciated!

I am the same way. I love learning something new or easier way to do something. Thanks
Every one would enjoy getting one of these. Great to slip your make-up in when traveling. Do you get your zippers from WAWAK.com ?
Very useful item and gift. Thanks for sharing information.
I want to go to can your bus swing around to Sydney and pick me up..
Thanks for the great tutorial. I've started a Toogie File.
Great little pouch for lots of things! Toogie, could you just bind with bias tape instead of sewing and turning--might that be easier?
It would be easier with this thick vinyl, although it would take another FQ to make the binding. I didn't have a problem turning the middle weight (sounds like a boxing match-lol) vinyl. I may need to wait until I can get more of that gauge.
What a wonderful pouch! It will make a great gifts - I'd love to get it as a gift.
Toogie,
Did you have any trouble turning it right side out?
Also how thick was your plastic? (table cover weight)?
Seeing yours look so good I thought I would ask if you had any trouble and worked out a solution.
It turns easily as she leaves a good size opening. I have wrist problems and still manage well. These green ones I made with a medium thickness, I'd say. I'm making some now with a thicker only because that's what I have on hand. I don't know the thickness gauge but I'll let you know if I have trouble. Plan on finishing when I get home.
I see the notes thanks for that. You are so good at sharing shows you had a good Mum.
I did, thank you. She's been gone about 12 years now, but I'll always remember a good mom.
What a useful item!!! Great pattern. Thank you for sharing.
These will be great as some of your bus gifts! Great job, Toogie...Hope you signed them~
Great job on this Toogie, I love the items from Craftsy, I've got a lot of them. Love Chris
Very practical and definitely a good bus gift. You did a great job
Thanks Angie. If they have something like this for travel already they can use it at home to store things in.
I love it I am sure it will be a hit on your Bus trip.
