It just sounds like I have energy. When I feel good, I push myself. Today I got a lot done but no sewing or embroidering.

Good! Let us see your versions of monkeys. I found some socks again, so I have just 2 pair bought up, but won't be making them right now. The grands have theirs but I like to have some made on hand for 'just in case' someone needs one.

Thanks mops, she LOVED them all! I was tired of the red dots, but that's what she wanted, as it is the school colors.
As far as the rest, the laundry was done the day I got home. Put it to wash as soon as I walked in the house. The photos have all been put on the usb stick. Now the house is straight, but could use a dusting, so I've been neglectful there. I was tired Sunday after church, so took it easy that evening and sewed Monday. I did babysit half a day the great grand yesterday. Today I finished the order and met her half way, as we were both going there anyway.
Don't feel lazy, remember I see what you get done too!

She wasn't the only one this time, but before this, I only had someone order a purse, like I took on the trip to Maine. This woman though loved everything she 'won' and what her sisters won, too. There were 4 sisters that went together and they said they had a good time and you could see that they really had fun.

Karen I'm glad you are on. Gus is having surgery tomorrow, tubes in ears that been having recurring infections and his adenoids out. He is still having other problems and got to see an allergist after this. Poor baby will be two next month....please remember him.

I just got a few things in Fernadina Beach. Some shops just too pricey for me, anyway. While others shopped in St Augustine, I took a little lady with me on a trolley tour through the town. She was on a walker and couldn't do much walking to shop. I told her I was going to check out the trolley and if it worked out for our time I was going to do that. She asked if I minded her going too and I said not at all., come on. She thanked me afterward for getting our tickets and said she thoroughly enjoyed it. I did too.

29723Oh Gosh! I just love these---next time I make something square with design in center I am putting those Kam Snaps in--brilliant. Love that tag also but in all, pretty lot of stuff. I wouldn't know where to begin to ask for a price for this stuff. I never know if over charging or under paying myself for these specialty items not to mention monogramming and other designs. Glad you got back safely.

Thanks, I'm glad too. Sometimes I am uncertain about pricing too but no one seems to think I over charge. I told this lady if there was anything she wasn't happy with or not happy with price just tell me, or she didn't have to take. She wanted them all. I am hoping for more business from her and perhaps her sisters too.

What a nice compliment, thank you. She did love them and her grand daughter that came with her got a cord wrap. Teens like anything to go with their electronics.
This wasn't the big order. Another lady ordered more but she doesn't need them until September. I won't make them until I phone her in August, just in case she changes her mind. Eight items, of the order, are personalized and if I make them ahead I'll be stuck with them. I think I'll ask her to mail a deposit before I do them, to cover my expense, just in case.....

Yes, a deposit is a good idea. I've made things for a special order only to have the person who wanted it change their mind.

Thank you very much. I am having a busy week and tomorrow one of the young grands is having surgery.
When I get back from the hospital I have to cook something for a wake. Avery's aide she used to have, at the school here, lost her son. He was young, but had PTSD from the service and other problems. I know his health was bad, but really don't know what he died from. He had been admitted to a nursing facility and his mom and dad had been sitting round the clock with him.
