2350I hope you get it figured out...if all else fails...contact Brother and they will help you get it installed...not sure where you are in the world, but here is the Brother USA support/contact us link...keep us posted...one other question...is the file you are trying to load inside a folder? If it is...try taking it out of the folder...just spit balling here...
313864I hope the Lord's Sewing link helps you. It's been two years since I did the update, so I barely remember. I do remember that you want to be sure your machine has the most current firmware version first, from Brother site. And I remember when I finally got it to work, it was by figuring out the sequence of steps from different parts of the instructions book plus from the Brother site.

There have been several updates in the last two years. I assume you must have had your dealer do them for you.

57618Hi, I know this might sound silly but it is in PES isn't it? My Brother Quattro only recognises PES. And do you have to format the flashdrive (USB) first or not? I hope someone more savvy comes along to help.
