Looks soo good. I miss canning too.
I have always enjoyed canning. Don't do as much now as I use to, now the kids are married. Still it is nice to have over the winter months.Hugs
That sounds great. Relish looks delish. LOL. I do not have a garden now and I do miss the canning season. Too bad I am a little too far down the highway. Hugs.
We don't have a garden any more either, so We go the market gardens and buy from the farmers. I love canning for the winter. Hugs Lynn
Everything sounds delicious Lynn. Good way of cooking up your own produce. Love Chris
I love canning when the crops are so fresh. Love Lynn
Never heard of corn relish. Sure looks good.
It is great on a hamburger or on a plate with roast beef dinner.
I'm doing much the same here in Oliver, BC. This year our garden just keeps on producing in abundance. God is so good and we have buckets of what we can't use to bless others. Right now the tomatoes and zucchini are going crazy as are the cucumbers. I picked our first hubbard squash this morning...23.3 lbs!! Enjoy the fruit of your labours. Avis
Thanks, Avis. It is nice to have over the winter. Our crops here are in abundance because of the great weather we have had this year. Lynn
Bonjour de France. Dans le Gers c'est la grosse période des tomates courgettes melons et surtout les haricots verts. Tout cela fini comme chez vous en conserve. C'est très agréable d'avoir un jardin.
Bonnes Conserves à vous toutes gisèle
Very ambitious...and I am sure delicious!
