Need help please. Have a Babylock Elegnte. Embird software. As always brought up design on cp. Sent to machine msg comes up CANNOT DO IN THIS MODE. Never happened before so what does this mean? It's in the embroidery mode like always so do not know where to go from here. Thanks Lillian

Boy, I would have never figured out that the design was too large from the message the machine gave you! In the back of my Babylock manual, there is a list of machine messages with an explanation. You might check your manual and see if they are in it too.

Not sure if this will help. I don't use Embird and have a husqvarna machine. I had a time when the designs showed up on the computer but when I sent to machine, it said the files where corrupt. After much finagling, what I ended up doing was pulling each design up in software and then used the save as button and then saved it under a different name. For some reason, when I transferred the design under the new name, the embroidery machine could read it! Never could figure out why the computer could read the design but not the embroidery machine!

Is your embroidery design too large for the hoop?
Are you in Embroidery Edit Mode?
