Hi Jenne, I'm sorry I've just seen this post. Was down in Canberra for my mother in law's funeral yesterday (Thursday 23rd February).
I made this dress for my two grand-daughters Aqualina and Ophelie a few years ago and it's gorgeous, but very time consuming!
I'll post the picture of the girls and give you the URL of where I bought my pattern. Love Chris
1. Ophelie in her Candycastle skirt and bodice.
2. Aqualina in her Candycastle skirt pattern (with another bodice on her from Ainslee Fox dress pattern called the Disco dress)
Love Chris
Google Made everyday with Dana. There is a tutorial on how to make a Circle skirt for your own waist measurements.
The tutorial is free but the pattern is not free.
Try the internet. In address bar google Girls twirly Skirt . I found one and it included one for an 18inch doll Craftsy or ravelry.
