I had that Pansy fabric a few years back too Marian. I love it. Great idea on using checkerboard fabric for the soccer balls. They really look fabulous. Love Chris

Was lucky to get about 5m years ago only use it for special projects. Wasn't sure if the checks would work but happy with the result..

You have very happy grandchildren I am sure. Love your projects. The material in the quilt really makes the balls pop out. Reminds me of soccer or volleyball.

I love the pansy fabric you used for the epipen bag - it is gorgeous! Great quilt too. Are the checkered circles made with individual squares, or is the the fabric print? I like contrast of the green with the black & white. Nicely done.

The 'balls' looks like appliqued on, to me. Check the close-up.

Thank you. I cheated a little with checkered fabric and appliqued them couldn't find hexi fabric at the time.
