Lucky you. I haven't seen whales since I moved up here. It's a trade-off. Now I see deer, fox, badgers, antelope and all kind of birds. Still lucky just a different view.

That is fantastic - I have not seen them in the wild, but I think that we may be planning a trip to Hawaii for our anniversay in February, and they say the whales can be seen then. How lucky you are to see the that. I used to watch the dolphins play some when we had our beach house.

You are so blessed to have that sight. We also have a fantastic sea view and we see the Southern Right Whale down here. They usually start coming into the bay around August, but we have had a couple of early sightings already. *4U

Lucky you. The only whales we have here is when the cats want to go out, or the dog but then that's more like a howl than a wail!!! LOL! hugs n roses, M

What a view and how spoilt are you. Nature at it's best.
I have the country views but I'm not complaining either.

I think you should have a picnic and invite us all over to watch the whales do their thing! We can even talk about patterns and stuff. I don't see whales but I do get to see the manatees. First one i saw scared the daylights out of me then I learned more about them and all you do is give a big awwwwwwwww.

You are so lucky. We have whales too, but have to go to Victor Harbor to see them, about one and a half hours away. But we do have the Port River dolphins in The Port River at Port Adelaide. They all have names and are protected and probably the only free dolphins living within a metropolitan area. They are just so sweet.Ricky.A flower for the majestic whales.
