I have a Disney Script font that was free at 'Fontzone'. but it is a TT font. I have PE Design software that converts for use. I wonder if this is illegal to use? I have used it on items, but never to sell. If it is allowed, I'd be happy to do the name
There is a font on apexembdesigns.com that looks a lot like the Disney font, but is a little bit different. It's called the Dennis Embroidery Font. If you have softwear to put together a name, you can buy this font as it has 2 sizes plus upper & lower case.

I would never digitise a Disney design. The only one that has a license to do so is Brother - you could have a look at their site.
Welcome to Cute!
I'm not sure what you mean by "the Disney Font" or of the legality of it's use.
