Friday, I put 15 designs in my cart from Cute Embroidery and choose PayPal at check out as usual. PayPal figured up the total and sent me back to C.E. to approve my order. That part of your website didn't function. I tried this twice.

Today I thought your snafu would be resolved and went to my cart to try checkout again. My sale designs have all reverted back to their original cost! I've purchased from you for years without mishap, so I know you're not scammers. Fix this!! My cart still has those designs I want for the sale price.

She will resolve this problem. Just give her a few days and do not remove the designs from your cart. Hopefully, the problem does not have anything to do with you having opened a new account. She can still fix it, but may need more information from you. Thanks for your patience.

I have sent a message to the site owner on your behalf. She is the only person who can deal with this problem.
In the meantime, why not read through the Q&A section to learn how the site works, and think about showing us some of your machine embroidery projects?
