Here is a quilt block I am work on, do you think I should make a whole quilt using all different shades of yellow different shades of brown for the centers? also I think I will add some leaves to it. I had planed just to make a pillow but I like how it looks.

Love your block. I've seen a quilt of this done in all pastels that was wonderful. If you want to go with the all-yellow, I think I'd make all the centers the same - a dark brown. It's going to be gorgeous.

It's going to be a show stopper. I would love to see a field of sunflowers/Lillian

Looks great! I agree color changes would me cute, and an excellent way to use up scraps you might otherwise toss. Good luck on you quilt. Now to decide on the size. If you find its more work than you bargained for, try a lap quilt for those cold winter days. It could come in handy in so many places, whether its watching TV, riding in a car, or at a sporting event

I have made several quilts with hand quilting and hand applique. I like doing hand work in the evening, while listing to you tube or while my Hubby watches TV. a small amount each night will soon add up and I will have a quilt.

Lovely - Different shades of brown centers would also look nice. But either way, it will be a gorgeous quilt.

It will be a beautiful field of sunflowers. I say go for it and make an entire quilt.

It's beautiful!! I think a whole quilt with some leaves on long winding stems would look terrific. You could arranged them around the bed top border, or just have them meander all over. Can't wait to see your finished project. Have fun stitching!
