I have been making tiny dolls, in felt with the seam on the outside( that is you put the back of doll under the hoop to join), even with tearaway you could see the white in the seam, so I tried plastic shopping bag one piece only in the hoop and it worked fine tears away great, cant show you the dolls as they are black...wendy

I found black stabilizer online -- so now, I can use it for the places it might show through.

Thank you for thinking about and caring about all Cuties when you post. It warms my heart to know that you were respectful of all cultures as well as any differences when you made this post.

Excellent idea! I do get frustrated with pulling the tearaway to leave little pieces. The wash-away/tear-away works great, after a wash or two.

Kudos to you for thinking outside the box and finding a solution. Thanks so much for sharing. This would probably be a great idea for coasters too.

Nice that this works well for you. I use black tearaway for dark projects - which makes it less visible - or water soluble - the remnants can be remove with a wet finger. But this must be cheaper

thank you for this idea, as it is a common problem with these types of embroideries.
