TELL ME PLEASE IF I AM WRONG..AT DICK SICK THE ERASING OF THE POINT....I USED UP ALL MY POINTES ,I WAS THEY HAD TO BE USED UP BY MARCH 13...BUT WHERE DID IT SAY HE WAS ERASING THE SETS YOU BOUGHT WITH POINTS OR MONEY...I COULDENT FINISH DOWNLOADING ALL THE SETS AND POFF THERE GONE....I EMAILED HIM 3 TIMES BUT NEVER GET A REPLY..I AM VENTING....SORRY...LUCY

Don't be sorry I agree I e mailed quite a few times that some of my designs I bought with points did not have links to down load but was ignored not a good business practise.

I understand where you are coming from..... same thing happened to me... and it was really bad cause the 13th. was my birthday.... what a gift.... sick took my gift away... .... if you ever get an answer.. please let me know. Mechille

I THINK SEWMUM1 IS RIGHT...YOU CAN ONLY GET SETS THAT WERE PURCHASED WITH MONEY...BUT NOT POINTS...THE SETS PURCHASED WITH POINTS HAVE BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SITE...THERE WAS QUITE A BIT OF CONFUSION ABOUT THIS BACK IN MARCH...SORRY...

I think you can only get back designs that were purchased with money not points. The website did say all points purchases needed to be downloaded before that date too. Sorry I do hope you get them back but I expect you may not. I had a membership until a few weeks before points were zeroed, so points didn't do much for me. Also the DVD of designs is such a good price I buy that as my backup.

I tried this..... when I enter my email address.... it says "sorry can't find email address"..... I also am upset that I lost my past designs.....that I got with points. I took the time to vote and look for designs so that I could earn the points so I could purchase the designs.... to have to taken away..... I agree, it wasn't fair... was excited when I saw where you said to go and enter your email..... but then they say it isn't there.... but I still get stuff from sick..at that email...... Thanks for trying to help.
