here is another quilt top that I have been able to finish. I am pleased with the way this has turned out. My family has asked for quilts for Christmas so I am trying to get a head start. I will do what I can & the rest will wait another year lol Here is a close up of how I made the top in pic 2. The tops are always covered by pillows so I try to make them plain & have more focus where you can see it. This is for a twin Bed & the colours are very bright & cheerful, they look much better in person then I have pictured here, Hubs has given this one a thumbs up & he said he quite likes it lol. He also thinks this one should go to grand-daughter Miss Emilie & give the train quilt to our oldest. If I decide to do this I will have to make the train quilt bigger they have a queen bed & the quilt is only a double

Very nice quilt! Kudos to you for getting another quilt done. You are wise to do all you can, when you have the time and energy. It is stressful to try to accomplish these types of projects in those final weeks before Christmas and as you get each one done now and they add to the stack you will be so pleased you did not wait until fall to start. This will help you to enjoy the holiday season and working on them now will help you have the spirit of Christmas year round. Great Job! Pam
