This little doll's sleeping bag has turned out perfectly Patti and well done to both you and Toogie. Love C
Well I see you finally robbed it off your husbands camera!-lol-It turned out great! I loved that you also made the zipper pull. Little hands can zip/unzip with this more easily. I sure do love the cheerful fabric and the inside looks as good as the outside. I am glad your little one was so pleased. That's what its all about! Thanks for sharing your turnout with us-Toogie
I did use an old metal zipper and the inside was recycled from a fleece lap blanket my mom had--I think that cotton outside was ordered from nancynotions at one time. I know it was really nice cotton. The fleece and cotton just complimented itself. All was stipple quilted together--makes it go a lot faster and believe me I need fast and done projects now a days.
Very nice. Those little things are sometimes harder to sew then the big versions. Love the cheerful fabric. Granddaughter will love it.
She was thrilled to get this in her Christmas gifts. She jumped up first thing and said 'look, mommy', holding it up smiling from ear to ear. Then she thanked me so sweetly.
Love the pink fabrics, nice and bright. It's sad I don't have any little girls left to sew for anymore..
You have made a lovely job of this sleeping bag. Thanks for showing us. Sandra.
Love your idea ,I will have to copy it , I made sleeping bags for Barbie dolls for Christmas for my little one she loved them .
Love the colours and it is so well made. Isn't it nice when we get help doing things.
