7844You can still buy the hoops. Sew for Less has them in a set. I have the 300E and it is the same as the 350E and they fit fine. I bought the set and even with postage it was cheaper than I could buy one here in Australia.

Just looked it up. The brand they have is Sew Tech Reg price $325.96 Sale price $119.99. In the set you get Hoop A Hoop B Hoop C ( this is a free arm for small things) and the Giga Hoop. And free super saving delivery if you are in the states. Worth a look. I have been using mine for more than 2 years no problems.

12613Yes, that can happen. I hate it when they stop supporting our older machines. Definitely a ploy to get more money. I buy two frames for my machines...just in case as I keep my machines a very long time.

I'M WONDERING AS WELL. I HOPE THEY AREN'T JUST TRYING TO SELL A NEWER MACHINE..I CRACKED THE INNER HOOP YEARS AGO AND HAVE BEEN USING IT TAPED UP FOREVER -YOUR OWN MAY BE WORSE, THOUGH :)
