Checkout difficulty at Cute Alphabets:

Hi Cuties, Sorry if posting this question in wrong place but just attempted to buy some of these beautiful alphabets at Cute Alphabets - all is fine with check-out until I get to the part where I choose to pay using my PayPal account at which point everything freezes and am unable to complete purchase - is anyone else having this problem?

Success at last! - closed Internet Explorer 10 and used Firefox instead - checkout with PayPal worked just fine; Firefox turned out to be best for uploading pictures to Cute Embroidery as well, when I was not able to do so using I.E.10. Seems like Firefox is best browser for Cute sites - or at least, it is more suited to interacting with Cute sites than IE10.

Glad you have solved the problem. Many have had problems with IE and success with Chrome or Firefox.

Hi, just use your credit card. I have problems on and off using Paypal - on some sites it works, on others it does not. And then sometimes I can not use it on a site I normally can!

I prefer Paypal, for disputes etc. With Miss Veronica's designs there should be no dispute.

Just use your credit card as is, it should work. Good luck!

Tried again today without success - I used Pay-pal on another embroidery site later yesterday with no trouble so I am not sure that the problem is at my end - hope Some-one can help please before Cute Alphabets' special ends.

Yesterday I had a problem with Google Chrome not wanting to connect to Paypal. I was trying to purchase something from OPW. I used Firefox and had no problem. Other then that I have no clue. I downloaded and purchased yesterday successfully from Cute Alphabet.

Please continue to let us know if you have been able to work through the problems as we will also have other moderators stop by and often they will be able to give further ideas of how to get your system to proceed. Good to know that it seems to be an isolated situation. Now to help get your system to process correctly.
