I thought I would share a painting done with 5 of my grandkids. These are called pop pictures, balloons filled with paint suspended above the canvas and popped with a toothpick or something sharp. I then shook glitter over the wet paint. We did 4 in total this one I got to keep for my wall it looks great at night when the light is turned on. Thanks for looking Marian

It is lots of fun just remember to wear you swimmers or old cloths then hose each other off.

Great team effort, treasured memories with the grand children. Nice you have your own to look at, kids just love to do this sort of thing and get messy. Sandra.

Thanks Pauline. The Reject Shop is usually the best priced. Remember water paints, you can always spray a coat of clear lacquer when dry if you want.

Each one is definitely a work of art. And what great memories each painting now carries. I'm glad you got to keep one yourself.

Very creative! I would need to have a very large drop cloth, to be willing to try this one, I still do not think I would handle the fear of paint tracking through the house.... that or just do it outside- but still over a drop cloth. You were so brave doing these 4 paintings with the 5 grand kids. They will have great memories of this activity! It does look like it would have been fun for them.
