I use ribbons between pillowcase and wide hem. Makes a nice contrast and can bring out a color in the case.
Happy creating.

What great birthday gifts. You will soon work out how to use the ribbons. Hugs Shirley
The present givers know you well. Enjoy using their gifts
Since you posted this 21 hours ago give or take; Are any of these lovely items left not used? i figured you work so diligently and have such wonderful ideas, these beauties are all gone. LOL I'm so happy you received such nice gifts. What a great way to celebrate a birthday with something wonderful, useful and appreciated. God Bless you. hugs
Nope i put them all away right now i am kinda sick of towels after doing 150 or more lol
Nice array of lovely items...you could use the ribbon on some of your towels...stitch it down with deco stitch from you sewing machine...fat ribbons can be stitched down on both sides and perhaps one down the middle...skinny ribbons stitch right down the middle...especially effective in a contrasting color...
What a brilliant gift! Looking forward to seeing what you come up with.
Amazing gift.. Is that a fat quarter for each year young you are.. If some of the ribbon is wide enough it can be used to bind the edge on something or gather to add a frill to a towel many possibilities. You will figure it out. Marian
What fun you will have, lots of new projects there i see in these photos Fancy ribbons, may be edgings, plain ribbons maybe tiny flowers or names, sewn onto a piece of wider material for straps, handles , or just decoration. Sure you will think of something very clever. And christmas still to come, you shall be working day and night to use up this lot. Sandra.
Love those kind of gifts. Anything I can use in my sewing area works. You made a haul for sure. Little girl barrett's would work with the ribbon.
Beautiful assortment. My granddaughter asked my daughter what to get me. I told her needles and or stabilizer....Any day of the week.
good for you i buy 100 needles at a time so i don't need them yet i think i got 500 lol
Geez! I bought 1000 bobbins. It was too good of a deal. Do you have a professional machine. I would love to get a great deal on needles. Or anything else for my sewing.
Ummmm, maybe make ME a hair bow out of the red ribbon. Lol. Just kidding, you are one lucky person to receive such nice birthday gifts. Happy birthday, Suzanna
I did a double take. I have a cotton stripe knit from a long time ago. Lol!
Lucky you! I have sewn a strip of ribbon down the middle of grosgrain ribbon. Then I embroider a letter over it and make personalized nailfile cases.
they all look like fun waiting to happen. I'm sure you will figure out something wonderful!~hugs~
Wowie! It must have been some BIG Number Birthday! Can lay the ribbons parallel on sticky back and stitch a cute little girl's name on them. Also, of course, they make wonderful straps for zippy bags. I also outline near an edge on a baby diaper/burp cloth to dress up the designs a bit. I see you got a two-day supply of towels...
