I bought a wire frame, put clear battery lights on, then mesh ribbon woven in. I made the flowers. They are done on red felt and used metallic thread. I colored the green area lights green and the flower lights amber colored with permanent markers. Added candles so this will be advent wreath ready to put out Sunday after Thanksgiving.First picture is daytime, second night time and third is close up a flower.

This is beautiful, Mary---I've never tried working with the Deco Mesh but will at some point. In my area EVERYONE makes door wreaths and wall wreaths out of this product. It is supposed to be easy to work with---I just wonder.

Very nice. I would also use shorter candles, as suggested, but also add a candle sleeve at the base of the candle to catch any dripping wax. Would not want to mess up your beautiful Advent Wreath.

Thank you. I changed to reg sized candles that is what I used most the time in an old worn out wreath I had.

You've done a terrific job. The poinsettias are great. If possible would try shorter candles. Long burning ones can be purchased. This can be carefully packed away after the season and used yr after yr. .It may turn out being an heirloom with just new candles every yr. Well done. I love being creative and crafts/Lillian

Thank you. I put some reg candles in since last night they are about 3 inches shorter. I was tired of an old worn out wreath made several years ago with plastic greenery etc. So yes will hang onto this one for a while.

They are very skinny ones lol. Will light one Sunday after Thanksgiving while enjoying our dinner. Might last for the next 3 Sundays. At least that was the idea anyways. Some candles burn way to fast. Thanks and hugs back.

Beautiful job and I'm sure it will add to your devotions and fesitivities. Like your idea of coloring the lights. P.S. For other projects and other cute sisters - many of the colored lights can be turned back to clear lights with a little nail polish remover.
