can someone tell me about embroiderytop.com ... what they are about ... how do you vote ... i registered but i really dont understand since there is no description on the site

Embroidery top is the site to vote for Cute or any other site that you like to be at the top 25 better sites. To vote you can look for the link at every free design here in Cute (Design, Redwork, etc) when you try to download the design you will see a link that says "Click here to vote this site" this link will redirect you to another page wit another link that says "Enter this site" (when you click on it you voted for cute already). I think that when we click on "enter on the site, we give to CUTE 1 vote. and I think that embroiderytop is a link to go to the best embroidery site and the n°1 on the list is the best of all!
I should like to undrestand what means "in" and "out" that is written onthe right?

If I am not wrong "IN" means the number of people that has voted for Cute and "OUT" the number of people that has voted for Cute and has click on the link to go back to Cute

almost Letvia...Out is anyone (not just those who voted for cute) who has visited Embroidery Top through any site and has clicked on Cute to open the link here.
