It took 53 colour changes of rayon thread for this "Duck" cushion. The frame is an Husqvarna design embracing my own composition.

That is stunning. Apart from the sewing and colour changes it must have taken a while to arrange it in the order that you wanted.

I love the challenge of lots of thread color changes, but this would have really pushed even me! Very nice realization on the combining of designs.

Perfect composition! I too would be intimidated with that many stitches, but your determination to make this just how you wanted has resulted an a fabulous pillow!

This is really beautiful. I have purchased so many beautiful designs that are thousands of stitches and color changes and hate to think of all the hours to do them. I am trying to stick with less dense but boy are they gorgeous. You've done a wonderful job.

It is made in 3 hooping, the center took all the afternoon, since I find the automatic needle thread of the Janome less friendly to use than the one from Brother, my old machine.
