Take a few things that you have on hand like the picture shown & add a piece of batting & a zipper & guess what you get? I saw one of these @ camp & as soon as I saw it I knew that I had to try it & what a great way to have it to go to any classes too! Next time I will add my name to it.

I wonder if you could add a carry strap at the end to make it easier to transport. I have my rulers in my homemade carry bag and a handle is a must

I think you could put them on before you add the zipper & I did think about it but not ill after I put it on lol. I think I may add them anyway

Smart idea, I like the pocket for the rulers on the back. Thank you for sharing. Will have to make one. Happy Stitching ;~)

Looking at picture below I think I would add a flap to hold the rulers in. Knowing my luck I would pick it up the wrong way and out comes the rulers. I have had to replace a few. Thanks

Great idea, light weight and easily transported to class. I am sure this will get a lot of use, even at home for all the little jobs. Sandra.

side one is padded with the warm & natural & the Teflon on top of that so that you can iron on it & side two has a pocket that will fit your ruler & a few other bits so a perfect ironing pad for on the go classes, As soon as I saw I knew that it would join my to do list lol

I was hoping I would get a few more guesses

I'm thinking a portable ironing board I'll wait and let others see what they think, the zipper would be to remove the cover to wash it

I agree. Thinking the same, but will add with a pocket for rulers
