We got these 3 or 4 times in 2 days...I finally answered and let the guy give his spiel and politely told him 'that's really funny as I don't have a computer!' He was so disappointed you could here it in his voice. Never have heard from them again. No known or reputable company (bank, credit card etc every calls you direct!) will call you unless they are contacted by you first. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for sharing us and warning us about another unscrupulous person. Don't their consciences ever bother them?

Well, good news for me...I called directly after I got this call...they went through my whole computer..every nook and cranny...all clean and all good...pheeew...also...Dell advised they will NEVER call you unless you call them first...like PayPal...if you hear from them and it is unsolicited, hang up...if you think it might be legitimate but you are still not sure...hang up anyway and call them back directly.

They must of been hacked. I had not heard, however how else could they have your information? bummer that folk do this. I am sure it is similar to the windows group.

I was telling my husband about this and he said the scammers can and will use any system. So no matter what system you have, be careful.
