Okay, just read that it is Redline 1501..and it looks like a 16 needle machine...what a difference the correct name means...here is a link to their support center with videos and contact phone numbers, etc. I hope this helps you solve your problem...multi-needle machines are far more complex than your standard home embroidery machine. Let us know how it goes for you.... Good luck!

I think the problem might be, that little is known about your machine. I tried Google and could not find it. The only thing I could think to do, go through the manual and thoroughly clean it. Let us know more specifically what you are having problem with, since most machines operate on the same principal and you might get some suggestions.

Sorry I didn't look at auto spell check....its the REDLINE 1501....set all perameters back to default...bobbin size is "large"....are u kidding me!!! It's almost identical to the singer 66 bobbin...now I'm getting the ec20 error code this is what the manual said might be one of 4 problems

"main motor overtime"
1)check wether motor can rotate....it does because it will stitch several stitches, stop, throw the code and won't return to 100degrees
2) if it can rotate, please check whether the coupler on the E923A board is blocked by oil.....WHAT!!!?? manual doesn't even TELL me what that is!!!
3) check the connection between E918X and the encoder if of main shaft motor....??????
4) check whether the driver of E918 is broken....???

So I would.clear the.code set.it back.to 100.!and keep going, but it kept happening....so I walked away.lol.....

WOW that is quite a machine. I suggest for you to start a new post putting the correct name. People think they read this one and most likely do not go back to it, I have no clue how to help you. I am sure you knew that there are a bunch of videos available about maintenance etc, Not sure if they will help and if all fails see if you can find a dealer. This looks as if it is a new machine, Try talking to somebody at Redline. Good luck

I suggest that you put what the problems are that you are having as its possible someone will see this at a time you are asleep and then it will take an age with time differences so sort your problem. I don't know what machine you are using but my first reply to anyone having problems is to rethread and sometimes a different brand of thread as some machines are a little picky.
