Hi Toogie, These cute little shoes are adorable. Thankyou for sharing your version of them. Love Lorraine of South Australia
Hi Lorraine, the first ones didn't have elastic around the heel. Noras heel must be smaller, so the elastic helped, to hug it to her heel. Thanks for looking.-Toogie
Awe, how sweet. These look wonderful. Now both your grand-girls have grandma's special shoes. Thanks for sharing how you made the soles. Good job enlarging the pattern. You're a truly priceless grandma.
I just had to trace her feet, then enlarge till I got the right size. Luckily first try fit one of them so next adjustment was easy too.
I also showed a photo of the pellon and grip I used in Project reversible dress.
These are very cute Toogie :) I am sure they will be very comfy for Avery and she will love wearing them!
Thanks for all the details on how you did them :)
You're welcome and I sure hope laffma1 sees this post, as she was asking how I did the sole.
These shoes are adorable - very few are lucky enough to have shoes to match their outfits perfectly! Hugs to you, Laura*
Thanks Laura, I think Nora is a shoe lover. If there are any off, she puts them on, no matter whose and what size-lol
What a cute outfit and with matching shoes too! Avery will look so cute with her new shoes too. How is she doing? I know you have been waiting on an appointment for her.
Hi Karen,Avery's appointments keep getting rescheduled, it is so frustrating . Her mom actually made it to the dr's office this time and they told her then, he had an emergency. Office said they were just in the process of calling all his appointments for the day. I had her Tuesday and Wednesday and she was able to hold both her feedings. I just don't know....Thanks for asking and about this outfit. Nora likes this side of the reversible dress best. She said the ice cream feels like her 'Tag".
