Fill the block of paper by sewing scraps on sew on wrong side of fabric then flip over, put the next scrap on the same way, any size scraps, even the very smallest on a corner or anywhere, when you fill the paper block you have fabric over the edges, simply trim off to size of paper, tear paper off & voila U have your block, Enough blocks, put together with sashing, to each other, anyway u want, add batting, border if u want & backing. Quilt on machine, sewing n ditch around blocks, or anyway u want, this is very fast use of all your scraps, with any kinds of fabric.

Thanks, lbrow. Stitch 'n tear also works well because it is easy to remove afterwards. *4U
