I tried to sew today,as you can see, it was mostly a mistake. I wanted to make these bags larger than the first one I made it projects (and in this link). My mind must have left me, as I cut them all different sizes. The front two I like, but the one in the back looks huge.!!??//EDIT May21,2015-I am adding photos of Baby Dry fabric. I get it at Hancock Fabrics. It's $9.99 yard 60 inches wide, but you ALWAYS have a 50% off coupon, so $5.00 yd. First photo is the soft rubberized side-I know white is hard to see on pc-The opposite side is like a flannel. Last photo shows the thickness,as they are bonded together. Maybe if you click on each photo you can see it better.

They all look great to me. Maybe you could say the larger one is big & tall!! Someone will love that it is big enough for their stuff

You're probably right about that. When my aunt told me that the bag I made my uncle wouldn't hold all his meds, I wondered 'how much meds does he take?'

Maybe he could use this size.

I think they look great...different sizes for different folks! Are you referring to that "pullen" or however you spell it, as baby dry? That "fabric" used in the diaper covers? I use it on the back of bibs...never though of using it as the lining in a bag!

No, Baby Dry is different than the Pul fabric. Look at top edit.

Toogie I think that we are often very critical of our own work when others see something great. I think they all look great and like the selection of sizes. I am just amazed at the amount of work you produce when you have such a busy demanding life.

I will post a photo of Baby Dry at top and edit my comment there. The big size will hold more for sure.

I will show you the baby dry, but I will have to edit at top, to add images. In place of it maybe you could use the pul fabric for waterproofing, but it may not have quiet the body, drape as the baby dry.

Thanks a lot Toogie for posting the pic :)
I think I know something like this that i can use....just dont know what it is called....lol!
In india it is used under the sheets when potty training kids to protect the mattress while the child initially sleeps diaperless :)

That would probably work, and anything washable, I would think, since the outer fabric is a cotton.

Not much difference I think I kept the 10 in but cut the 12 longer to use a 14 in zipper . The link pattern was 'box'y kinda square looking the couple more inches longer makes it look like a mans shaving kit . I still used the baby dry inside.
