10438when you do embossed font you don't need anything on the top. That is what's nice about it.

I did it without topping at first , but I could hardly see the lacey stitches. They show so much better after I used the topping. Maybe I added it too soon.

25546I am glad you tried the tulle. I use it for a lot of different things including when making a design free standing when it is a filled design. The towel is well done. I hope you continue to make more towels.

That's a good idea to use it for free standing. I'll embroider more towels for friends, but am too lazy to do any for ourselves.
