you could just skip that color and eliminate the text

I just made two for my luggage. I am going on a trip next week. The only thing I had trouble with was the part where the Velcro was stitched on. (the thread kept breaking)
I decided to do that on my regular machine and they look beautiful. Thanks

Thank you so much for this handy, easy and very quick design. I like having the choice of words/designs, too.
It's possible, too, to spray-glue a layer of batting (for padding) beneath the hoop before adding the second layer of fabric over it and stitching Colour 5. That might mean some extra fine trimming and maybe a repeat of the satin stitch edging but this very simple design, making such a useful article, would be well worth the effort. What do you think, Sue?

The satin stitch would probably need to be wider.
