360429Just love this idea and my l5 yr old grandddaughter might actually like it too....can you tell me what you used for the waistband please and did you open the ties completely or whip stitch them by hand on the folds of the fabrics? Just wonderful...I'll bet you feel very sassy when you wear this! haha

I pressed them open to give the maximum size possible and machined them together.
