Sarah it turned out great. Well done. I think it was worth the wait. Hugs Yvonne
Your soap is absolutely georgous. I use glycerine soap all the time. After seeing yours I will definalty make one.
This is gorgeous! I'd hate to use it - I'd have to have it for display only! It may have taken 3 wks. to dry, but I'd say worth it. Now you'll probably find any other ones so easy.
I think they are only for display as the embroidery would come off almost immediately.
Please tell me how you did this, is the flower a (fsl) looks nice.
This looks really good - what soap did you actually use
Three weeks to dry? Holy Cow! Thank goodness you posted that. I hadn't done embroidery on soap and I was going to try it on glycerine, but not now. Your soap looks really lovely, but three weeks! Yikes!
Very pretty. Will make a nice Christmas gift for some lucky person.
Good to know! I was gonna use this type and now I will look for something else! Live Laugh Download Stitch!
LOL, Sarah, to hubby's remark....but, the result rocks!! The glycerin really is a nice backdrop for the design, it provides a neutral setting...love it!
Thank you Vicki. It is my first and last bar of soap that I will embroider.
Some things we discover only by trying them out;now others will benefit knowing that it is the wrong type of soap to use...lovely design.
