Just a hint, next time you decide to work with vinyl just sprinkle it with baby powder. It doesn't stick to itself so badly.

Thank you. It was actually fun to work with, but at times a bit challenging (like when I really needed to get dinner started, but the vinyl pieces wanted to stick together!). I lined the Tote Bag, and also padded it with a thin batting. The bag is still very lightweight, which amazed me.

31625Here are a couple of closer views of the garment bag and tote. Working with vinyl is a bit tricky, as it likes to stick to itself. But the result is wonderful. I am glad I used the contrasting color on the bottom, as this gives the bag more interest. The fabric is a Paris newspaper print with photos of the Opera House and Theatre. That was just perfect for the graduate, since she is a budding actress and will be visiting Paris soon.
