Applique Patch Apple These are the simple designs I use when I need to make a patch. Any design that fits within the shape can be added. How about a happy face for the apple? First color is placement, Second color is tack down and third color is a narrow, not very dense zig zag, followed by a wider tighter zig zag. Make sure the fabric you use to patch is sturdy enough to patch a hole and you should be fine!
