It is probably easier! The second piece of fabric is stitched to the zip just before the final outline.

I need some zippers! If I had any today I would try to make this its so cute , I can t find any anywhere around me here in the boondocks LOL we have a walmart but no zippers , Im depressed now so I have to wait ! thansk for the patterns for a nother day!!
