The reflective tape can be ordered, but I had an old warn vest, and have it removed from this.

I have coated a strap with reflective tape, and with the name embroidered. And then I have underlain with neoprene

Als Unterlage nehme ich immer Neopren.
Und das "Leuchtband" ist ein Reflektorband, wie es auch auf Jacken usw. ist.

No, not at all. I only have a webbing belt with a reflector coated and then embroidered with the name.
