This was last summer's project, and I'm finally posting it. Samantha was a very special student of mine, and I wanted to make her a quilt with her favorite scriptures. Thank you Sewbird designs! Each purple square has a verse! On the back are some large Bible quotes. Samantha loved these wild colors, and the green cross in the middle. I sewed love in every stitch, and I was thrilled when she told me she took it to the park and was sitting on it to study at Whitworth University in Washington! I will never put cornerstones on a quilt again - never-ever. This is a log cabin design.

It is just amazing with the Bible quotes and the cross is a wonderful touch to how you laid out the blocks.
