FANTASTIC Chris, have been following all the designs as you showed them and love them all.
What a beautiful quilt. I have been looking forward to seeing your quilt. Very impressive.
All I can say is Wow! This is truly stunning.
Chris, the quilt looks wonderful. Great work. It must have taken quite a time, the embroideries are so detailed, but I think the end result is worth every minute of it!
I had a closer look to spot the doubles - and I found them - but the different fabrics don't make it obvious if you did not know.
Thanks Martine. Yes, it took me hours to do this. In every row the 1st and 3rd are the same and the 2nd and 4th. Love Chris
came out beautiful, great job just in time for Christmas

Luv this style of Santa's and the quilt is
a beauty.
Chris - this is remarkable. I have the designs, and all the fabric laid out - and not one stitched. Wonder if I will get my tree skirt done. You did a fantastic job.
Thanks Beth - once you start you will want to keep on going. I could have stopped at just the 9, but what the heck, the more the merrier! You'll get your tree skirt done, don't worry. Love Chris
Wow! This is fabulous. This is a lot of hard work and time. You should be proud of this one. I love the fancy Santa Claus'. ~Carolyn~
Thanks Carolyn - I love Santas, especially these ones. I had lots of fun picking out the fabrics for them all. Love Chris

Actually Amy said yesterday "Why did you put the blue sashing on Mum?" - and I answered "Because my home is blue darling"!!! She might not get this one! Love Chris

Oh my Chris this is ourstanding - I really love the colors - you should enter this in something - what a lovely piece. I can only imagine how stunning it really is in person. *4U

yes i do know and only thoes who have made them know the long hours involved it is stunning and i hope you are going to keep this one.....great work ..soozie
wow.. this will be stunning.. you did an wonderful job.
This quilt is a beautiful. Have any idea how many hours it took you to embroidery and assemble and quilt? I have 4 or 5 of the Old World Santa Dolls that stand about 12" (30cm)tall.
Hi Anita, each Santa took over an hour to do. Of course that was if I was not interrupted! I started assembling the quilt last week and in total it would have been about 5 hours. I just love Christmas, don't you? Love Chris
Christmas is magical and I keep out one or so Christmas item/decoration each year different to enjoy after everything is taken down and put away.
The finished size of this wall hanging is 65inches x 44 and a half!(165cm x 113cm). I'm going to put a pocket on the back so it can be hung up.
This is wonderful. I don't know how many children and grand children you have , but I am afraid it will be the one item they will all want. You are hopelessly in deep trouble if you have more than one child. Kay
Hi Kay, well we have 3 children. One son Ben and 2 daughters Dana and Amy. They all have quilts made by me and all of the grandchildren too. Even my Mum and Dad have them. I have made 3 Christmas ones now - so they will each get one! Love Chris
