I know it's not embroidery, but I had to share my eight year old daughters first sewing project, a shrug for her doll, after several tries and tears, it was completed. I did mention to her that a bigger outfit would have been easier so she has decided on a skirt for her next project. I think she did a great job!

Wow, tell your daughter she is really smart and by the time she is a couple of years older she will be making clothes for herself!! Clever girl!!
