hoop stabilizer and fabric (or felt) sew first outline, place another piece of fabric or felt under your hoop and sew next outline, stop, trim away fabric from the outside of the lines (like applique) sew last outline and holes, done. If you are using felt you can skip and triming part and trim it with pinking sheers, it looks cute this way too.

Hi, I have this design for awhile, but now I think it is what I need to use. However, when I read through it sounds like just the front has holes in it, so you could not use as draw string bag as it would not close. this page could be used for the front cover and all the pages. You can use any fabric you like. I made one for my grandson. I'll try to find a picture of it. Have Carolyn, i know you will come up with something cute :)
